Launching this Sunday, 24 March 2019, the Italian-American contemporary trattoria is offering up more than just a stunning view of the bay — their Sunday Funday Champagne Brunch is also set to be just as breath-taking. Priced at $158++ per diner, the all-new brunch option takes you on a gastronomical journey through sun-soaked Sicilian beaches and historic ruins of Naples, with seafood, pizza, and endless delight created by Executive Chef Ralph Scamardella.

We highly recommend sprucing up the deal with unlimited pours of Veuve Clicquot Brut, cocktails, but you can opt out of alcohol and go buffet-only with $98++. For a start, slurp up mountains of U.S and Irish oysters, shrimp cocktails, lobster and snow crab from their bold Raw Bar.  Then make your way through their selection of cold cuts and imported cheeses before snapping some Charred Octopus with Fennel & Red Wine Vinaigrette or Eggplant Caponata with Whipped Goat Cheese for more bold flavoured appetisers.

On the breakfast food front, LAVO will be serving up classics like savoury Mixed Wild Mushroom Frittata, mouth-watering Apple Wood Smoked Bacon, and Eggplant Parmigiano. If that’s not en-oeuf to whet your appetite, why not take a stab at creating your own at the Egg’s Your Way station, and dress up your omelette with toppings like smoked salmon, mushrooms and cheese?

For those craving greens and healthier eats, their salad bar boasts fresh produce and a plethora of dressings, and refreshing soups – try the Cucumber Gazpacho – that’ll take form Mediterranean Spring to Tuscan Summer. And because no one leaves a good brunch buffet without a proper food coma, don’t forget to swing by their Carving Station for hearty mains like Roasted Pork Roulade with Juniper Agrodolce and Broiled Beef Tenderloin with Horseradish Cream & LAVO Steak Sauce.

We sincerely advise you save up your cheat days for the occasion because there’s more to follow: classic Italian pizza such as a classic Quattro Formaggi Pizza and Salmon Oreganato with Garlic Butter and Breadcrumbs.
