Guest Chef Chia-Mo Chen, the Special Assistant at the Department of Chinese Culinary Arts in National Kaohsiung University of Hospitality and Tourism will make his debut in The Fullerton Hotel’s all-day dining restaurant, Town with an extravagant dinner buffet selection. From 8 to 17 June, indulge in an extensive line-up that include mouth-watering highlights like Fresh Squid with Five-Spice Sauce, Stewed Beef Shank, Pineapple Spare Ribs with Orange Sauce, Three-Cup Chicken and Jiu Fen Taro Balls.

Lewin Terrace Launches Summer Sho-Mi 2016 Menu

Embrace the Japanese summer amidst the beautiful colonial building Lewin Terrace as Executive Chef Keisuke Matsumoto presents a special menu full of fresh and vibrant flavours. Available from 6 June to 31 August, Summer highlights include the Wagyu Shabu-Shabu (presented in a coffee siphon), Amane-Melon Soup and Nippon Rossini, as well as Riz Au Lait – caramel ice-cream spiced with cinnamon, star anise, and cloves.

Open Farm Community, the dining concept by Edible Garden City and Tippling Club’s Chef Ryan Clift has whipped up a new menu with a selection of 11 new innovative dishes. Made with the finest of produce and prepared in an open kitchen, the refreshed menu utilises a range of fish, meat and vegetables that are slow-roasted in a custom-built charcoal oven – think Sweet Corn & Basil Soup with warm pita bread, Coconut Laksa Barramundi, Carnaroli Risotto with Chorizo, and Spiced Pumpkin Cake with Butternut Ice Cream.
