This week’s hot offerings include limited edition ice cream flavours, a champagne brunch with a rejuvenated spread, and $7 burgers, amongst other things.

From 16-22 May 2016, the folks at MEATliquor will be celebrating the launch of their daily lunch service with a weeklong promotion of $7 burgers (usually $18-$24) during lunch hours of 11.30am to 2.30pm. Have their specialty Dead Hippie – double 100% USDA Prime Angus beef mustard-fried patties with ‘secret’ sauce – or the Buffalo Chicken Burger, which comes slathered with their signature hot pepper sauce. Other a la carte food and drink options will be available for order at regular prices.

Aperitivo Hour at Gattopardo Courtyard Bar

A timeless Italian tradition, aperitivo hour is the Italian equivalent of our happy hour…except better, because each drink is usually accompanied by complimentary snacks. Expect Chef-owner Lino Sauro to serve up three complimentary munchies like Arancini Saffron Rice Ball and Mortadella alongside their curated selection of classic Italian cocktails. Go for the Barrel-Aged Negroni ($18), Aperol Spritz ($18), and the delicious Sunny Southern ($18), which features herb-infused whisky, Grand Marnier, and strawberries. Psst, from 6-9pm, cocktails will be going at a reduced price of $16 each!

New Luxurious Caviar Bar -Theatrical Sunday Champagne Brunch at Edge

Edge’s indulgent Sunday champagne brunch just got even more decadent. On top of free-flowing Veuve Clicquot and live music, the buffet restaurant boasts of 16 food stations and three cocktail bars, including the newly added Caviar Bar (think Avruga caviar and Spicy AHi Tuna Tartare) and live Peking Duck station. The revitalized spread is also sees the addition of Ohmi Wagyu Striploin, KL Tai Lok Mee, and Matcha Waffle with Azuki Red Bean.

Häagen-Dazs’ Limited Edition Little Garden Collection

The renowned ice-cream makers have launched two limited edition spring flavours to its line-up. Drawing inspiration from the delicate world of flowers, expect an intoxicating blend of floral notes from Lychee Raspberry Rose, crafted with Turkish rose extract with pieces of handpicked lychees and raspberries. For something more tart, there’s the refreshing Apricot Lavender, made with lavender from the Mediterranean, laden with thick apricot sauce and a generous scattering of apricot chunks.

Häagen-Dazs’ limited edition flavours are available at major convenience stores and supermarkets for the next three months.

Seafood Indulge at Seasonal Tastes

Look forward to dishes like Chilli Crab with Mantou and Baked Canadian Oyster with Red or Green Curry. Lobster lovers, pop by on the weekends for different renditions of your favourite crustacean like Lobster Bisque and Lobster and Foie Gras Terrine.
