From today till Friday, 3rd June, five acclaimed chefs from The Luxury Collection Hotels in Austria, Greece, India, Italy, and Thailand will take you on a quest to discover the indigenous flavours and tastes of their legendary hotels.

Taking place at the historic Fullerton Waterboat House, this year’s gastronomic event will introduce culinary experiences by Corporate Chef Manjit Gill (India), EC Dario Parascandolo (Hotel Danieli, Venice), ESC Manachai Konkangpluon (Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, Thailand), EC Sotiris Evangelou (Hotel Grande Bretagne, Athens), and EC Manuel Gratzl (Hotel Bristol, Austria).

Ehime Sake Pairing at Takujo Japanese Dining

As part of Emporium Shokuhin’s Ehime Food & Sake Fair, Takujo Fine Dining will be presenting an exquisite Sake Pairing meal for both lunch and dinner from 2 to 26 June, where you can discover the finest sake from Ehime, the second largest producer of sake in Japan.

The special seven-course meal will incorporate key Ehime produce and products, such as ponzu dressings, miso dips, and even vinegars, featuring in dishes such as Citrus Seabream slices with Konbu & Hakata sea salt, Chargrilled Bluefin tuna cheek with ponzu sauce, and the incredibly delicious A5 “Miyazaki” Sukiyaki Don served with chilled onsen tamago – all crafted to match a range of four Ehime sake.

Long Chim Singapore Introduces Weekend Brunchlong chim

Try the unique Long Chim experience, with distinct flavours right from the streets of Bangkok, in a newly launched brunch menu priced at $60++ per person. The dishes are chosen from the extensive a la carte menu, including Spicy Pork with Rice Cakes, Grilled Eggplant Salad with Steamed Egg and Dried Prawns, and Green Curry of Kampong Chicken with Thai Eggplants, just to name a few. Also included is the Sriracha spiced Thai Bloody Mary, or a refreshingly spritzed Mandarin Mimosa cocktail.

Set Meal Sunday at Bincho

Bincho is inviting you to Set Meal Sunday. Indulge in a wide range of hearty Donburi sets that include the Yakitori Don, Tsukune Don, Kaisen Don, Unagi Don, and Beef Tongue Don, just to name a few. Prices range from $25++ to $45++, and each set includes appetisers, Cripsy Chicken Skin salad, pickles, Chickem Karaage, Homemade Chicken soup, and a choice of dessert. Plus, there’s an option to top up an additional $60++ for free flow beer and sake!

CUT by Wolfgang Puck presents Family CUT

Feast together with your loved ones at CUT – at $500++, their specially curated four-course menu is meant to feed four, so round up your family and friends for this family style dinner. Expect to see some of the restaurants favourites, including the Mini Kobe “Sliders”, U.S.D.A Prime, Illionois Corn Fed, Aged 21 Days and more on the menu, complete with a bottle of wine.
