For a fun-filled weekend activity with friends and family, observe the Peranakan heritage by rolling your own delicious popiah with fresh and tantalising fillings. In the first month, each diner will also enjoy a complimentary bowl of the restaurant’s famously tasty Mee Siam and complimentary home-brewed lemongrass tea infused with pandan leaves to wash it all down.

The Masters series aims to showcase the luxury travel retailer’s exceptional experiences by curating a collection of the most sought-after wine and spirits. Exhibited in stores and available for purchase at DFS Changi Airport, the collection of 54 premium products will also be heading to Hong Kong and Macau this year. The Dining Room X Shermay Lee

Every weekend evening in April, treat yourself to a Peranakan Feast as Executive Chef Eric Cheam teams up with cookbook author and sixth-generation Nyonya Shermay Lee. If the name sounds familiar, it’s because she is also behind the popular Shermay’s Singapore Fine Food range of sauces. Go on an epicurean journey into the world of authentic Peranakan delights like the Ayam Buah Keluak, Udang Nanas Pedas, Nyonya Rojak and Shermay’s signature concoction of condiments and assortment of keropok not forgetting the restaurant’s signature range of International delights.

Award-winning Cantonese Restaurant Hai Tien Lo’s refreshed menu for weekday lunch or weekend brunch boasts an extensive selection of handcrafted dim sum favourites. Indulge in Executive Chef Lai Tong Ping’s new culinary creations like Claypot Fresh Water Fish Fillet or the Wok-fried Diced Beef with Bitter Gourd in Black Pepper sauce which are sure to delight alongside signature classics like the Steamed Pork and Prawn Dumplings with Fish Roe, Steamed Barbecued Pork Buns and Stewed Beef Brisket and Tendon.

Oxwell and Co’s Rooftop Bar Launches Garden to Glass Concept

Oxwell and Co’s Rooftop Bar launches the tippling equivalent of farm to table, with a garden to glass concept and a refreshed cocktail menu to accommodate it. From 4pm onwards, Tuesdays to Sundays, guests can look forward to intriguing cocktails like the Schinus Shrubs Daiquiri ($22) and several others while taking in the stunning view overlooking Chinatown. Enjoy the Hendrick’s Ice Tea and other cocktails at the sweet price of $12 or opt to share the Hendrick’s Ice Teapot priced at $45 during Happy Hours between 4pm to 8pm.
