Following the success of their first outlet in Marine Parade three years ago, the folks at Diamond Kitchen have opened a larger restaurant in the Science Park neighbourhood in 2015. In celebration of their third anniversary, diners will enjoy 15% off the new dishes from now till 31 December 2016. Stars of the recently developed menu include the Diamond Sauna Treasures ($188 for two to four, $368 for 6-8, only available at Science Park Drive). Think a steam basket brimming full of fresh, juicy seafood like snow crab legs, lobster, prawns, scallops, and flower clams. We also enjoyed the fork tender Kong Bak Pau ($18/$36) and Gan Xiang Bee Hoon ($25), rice noodles fried with a fragrant spice paste with pork belly, mussels, and prawns.
