Wine & Dine at LongPlay

Bar-Area-1

Good Latin American food is hard to find in Singapore and we’ve had some pretty tasty dishes by LongPlay’s Chef Jorge Vladerrama (see our review here). The good news? Every Wednesday, from today till 7 September 2016, Chef Jorge will be serving up a three-course dinner with wine pairing for just $55++. We spy dishes like Ceviche Mixto Thai, a red snapper and prawn ceviche with coconut cream and mango, paired with a Maipo Valley Chardonnay Sauvignon Blanc, and Lomo Saltado (a traditional Peruvian stir fry) with a Maipo Valley Cabernet Sauvignon/Cabernet Franc. See the weekly menus here.

LongPlay is located at 4 Haji Lane and 33 Arab Street, Singapore 189197, p. 6291 3323.
