Wagyumafia Opens in Hong Kong
Hisato Hamada’s Wagyumafia, Tokyo’s exclusive members-only Wagyu beef restaurants, opened its first international branch in Hong Kong last year November to folks willing to cough up HK$1000 (US$127) for the membership fee. Well, reservations for the public are finally open for this intimate 18-seater Wagyu heaven – their beef is sourced from the 20 best farmers in Japan, including Ozaki Beef, where cattle are fed organic ryegrass and mineral water. Priced at HK$1800 (US$230), the Wagyumafia Signature Tasting includes their famed Cutlet Sandwich, where an extravagant panko-fried Chateaubriand cut and house special sauce is set between lightly toasted Japanese milk bread.
Emirates Launches Global Fare Promotion

The Sanchaya Rolls Out 2019 Wellness Program
Bintan’s most exclusive estate The Sanchaya is boosting its health and fitness offerings with a newly renovated spa, as well as a heavy-hitting roster of wellness experts visiting throughout the year! 22 March to 1 April 2019 will see London-based celebrity trainer, ArturZolkiewicz, hosting a complimentary class a day for in-house guests.
