Stacked tall with a 160g Australian grass-fed beef patty, nutty Irish Cheddar and sweet caramelised onions, this burger’s best washed down with a malty Classic Pale Ale, Contemporary Pilsner, or, if your tastes skew for the sour, the lip-puckering good Cha Chaan Teng Gose.
