Bedrock Bar & Grill Sizzles Up ‘Grape Pork’

We’ve seen hormone-free Brandt Beef, finely-marbled Te Mana Lamb, and now, for the final edition of its World Meat Series, Bedrock Bar & Grill is dishing up some luscious ‘Grape Pork’. Raised on a vitamin-rich diet of Japanese grapes and home-prepared corn, Budou-buta pigs yield a wondrously tender meat with a mild, sweet aftertaste. This exquisite pork will be showcased in three limited-edition Bedrock creations. Get your surf ‘n’ turf fix with the Pulled Pork & Shrimp Sandwich ($48++), slathered with truffle mayo. For meatier fare, chow down on the Woodfire Grilled Pork Steak ($58++) with sauté potatoes, or let the gorgeous Pork Belly with Scallops ($68++) melt in your mouth.
