This week, drink to excess at our favourite downtown gin haunt, celebrate the best of vino through a new wine festival, and savour tender dry-aged beef from the Emerald Isle. Also, try Japanese cuisine from two ends of the spectrum – traditional offerings of Nagasaki in an authentic omakase, and a sake pairing with the unlikeliest of partners in a one-night-only event.
