New Food Hall Opens At Hong Leong Building

Paving the way for a new mix of trendy eateries for the busy executive, Hong Leong Building has restyled their basement in a fuss-free and open layout for easy grab-and-gos. Fu-Men by Teppei Group, a halal udon outlet, and Caveman Food, a casual eatery that offers wholesome dishes based on the stone-age diet are just a couple of new names you’ll see at The Basement. Those who prefer dining at the familiar and the friendly can head over to established chains such as Ya Kun Kaya Toast and Crave for traditional comfort food.

Savour Fresh Summer Bounty at Nami Restaurant and Bar – Shangri-La Hotel Singapore

With ingredients of the highest quality meticulously sourced from different parts of Hokkaido, Nami Restaurant and Bar presents a 7-course menu complete with some of the best seasonal produce. For starters, the Bafun Uni and Hairy Crab served with Ikura is an exotic delicacy featuring sea gems such as the short-spine sea urchin and the luscious flesh of the Hidaka hairy crab. In addition to subsequent courses including the Dobin-mushi, the Grilled Snow Crab and Scallop from Saroma is the restaurant’s main offering, laced with a savoury miso cream. Town Restaurant Presents: The Rustic, Comforting and Unique Flavours of Australia’s Southern Highlands

From now till 1st September 2018, Chef Teena Crooks from The Old Bank Hotel in Australia is teaming with Town Restaurant at the The Fullerton Hotel Singapore to add Aussie-centric dishes to buffet dinners and Sunday Brunch. Brimming with rich barbecue tones, this extravagant spread features Southern Highlands specialties such as Beef Wellington with Mulled Wine Sauce and Yorkshire Pudding as well as Point Lamb Rack with Rosemary Jelly. End your meal with a sweet note from down under with treats such as Australian Lemon Pound Cake and Fennel Baby Cakes.

Brunch at LAVO Italian Restaurant and Rooftop Bar

With a brand-new daily brunch service, LAVO Italian Restaurant and Rooftop Bar is stepping up their game. Available from 10.30am t0 3.30pm, look forward to the flavours of Ricotta Panackes ($24), bathed in a homemade blueberry jam and a dash of lemon as well as the LAVO Toast-Lah ($24), a fruity twist on the traditional Singapore kaya toast. Other brunch bites available on the menu include the spicy Chicken N’ Waffles ($31) and the Mushroom Frittata ($22). Guests will also be able to order LAVO favourites such as its signature one pound Meatball ($38).
