All-New Brunch and Free Flow Wine at Coastes

Sitting pretty along the coast of Siloso, Coastes is undergoing a major revamp to their brunch menu. From 9am to 3pm daily, enjoy the ocean breeze with at their beachfront bar and savour mouthwatering treats as the sand tickles your toes. The affordable selection of breakfast classics and drool-worthy pizzas and burgers are a perfect complement to Sentosa’s glittering coastline. Feeling for something hearty? Get the Pulled Pork Tacos or crisp Rosti with Smoked Salmon. Brunch also includes fresh homemade pasta, finger food and dessert. For a little more decadence, enjoy free-flow cava and wines with a $45++ top-up on weekends to booze up your lazy afternoon.

Mediterranean Madness at The Knolls

Yet another picturesque locale of Sentosa, Capella Singapore’s celebrated restaurant The Knolls rolls out a Mediterranean-inspired menu fused with foreign and local flavours under the expert hands of Chef de Cuisine Ignacio, whose experience in critically-acclaimed kitchens worldwide only further refined his impeccable palate. The dinner menu includes new dishes like Slow Cooked Iberico Pork, Ratatouille and Hazelnut and Apricot Gâteau. Chill out to uninterrupted views of the South China Sea over the hotel’s infinity pool and try out their new Power Lunch option — a 12pm to 3pm two- or three-course menu ($42 and $52 respectively) that’s perfect for business meetings or catching up with friends.

New and Omakase Offerings at Fat Cow

Orchard’s upscale Japanese steakhouse famous for sensational wagyu and beef strikes out with a revamped menu selection. Along with an award-winning Nagasaki beef option, Fat Cow is releasing 15 smacking-new menu items  — from an updated version of their crowd-pleasing Premium Donburi Bowl to a whole new Wagyu Sandwich, while uni lovers will fall head-over-heels for the Toro Uni Kaisen Mille-Feuille, a fusion of Japanese and French cuisine. They’re also serving their seasonal 12-course Omakase – the Haru Matsuri Menu at $250++ – from now till 12 May 2019, where ingredients like the Nagasaki Wagyu can be paired with an array of Japanese alcohols like gin and whiskey for an extra $95++ per person.

Known for culinary prowess equalled by her creative genius, sugarsmith Janice Wong‘s 12-year old establishment in Holland Village brings us a redefined dessert experience that pushes the boundaries of quirky and delicious, utilizing an array of unexpected in-season Japanese produce. Treading the thin line of sweet and savoury, 2am:dessert bar curates the new dishes that incorporate quality ingredients executed under your nose at their open concept kitchen. The new menu also includes cocktail and mocktail options crafted beautifully from fresh fruit and distilled botanicals.

Deliveroo Food Market

Having launched since 12 March 2019, food-delivery professionals at Deliveroo and Deliveroo Editions launch a brand new dine-in concept, Deliveroo Food Market. Operating out of the third Deliveroo Editions at ALICE@MEDIAPOLIS, the 40-seater dining area holds 11 food c0ncepts that span Japanese, Korean, Western and even Greek cuisine. Expect foods like Korean Fried Chicken (by BonChon), Halal seafood by Rasa Rasa, and fresh sushi and sashimi at The Flying Squirrel. The Market also boasts features like futuristic smart lockers for faster food pick-up, in collaboration with San Francisco-based tech company Eatsa, and self-service kiosks for seamless facilitation.
