The White Rabbit Celebrates a Decade of Delight
As lively and thriving Singapore’s food industry can be, restaurants still need to give it their all to stand out from stiff competition from other food stops. The White Rabbit is an example of an establishment that survived the F & B crunch with its beloved mod-European dishes. Celebrating its 10th anniversary, the White Rabbit brings you an exclusive five-course dinner menu ($108++ per person) celebrating age-old classics. Available through September and October, taste a decade’s worth of mouthwatering delectables such as the Turbot Meunière, Rangers Valley Wagyu Carpaccio, and Crêpes Suzette.
The White Rabbit is located at 39C Harding Road, Singapore 249541, p.+65 6473 9965. Open Tue – Fri 12pm – 2.30pm, 6.30pm – 10.30pm, Sat – Sun 10.30am – 3pm, 6.30pm – 10.30pm. Closed Mon.
Fat Belly Fires Up an Alternative Steak Experience
Instead of using traditional sirloin and tenderloin cuts, Fat Belly looks to introduce diners to lesser-known cuts that don’t compromise on tenderness and flavour. Start with three hors d’oeuvres including the sizzling hot Wagyu Intercoastal Skewer before moving on to the Grilled Wagyu Tri-Tip that steals the spotlight as a main. Your dessert plate is served with a satisfying Molten Chocolate Lava Cake with a raspberry filling, served with fresh vanilla cinnamon gelato.
Neon Pigeon Launches New Artisanal Cocktail Menu
Pushing the limits of mixology, Neon Pigeon transforms traditional cocktails into their own daring interpretations of classics. With eighteen new inventive concoctions, the refreshing Is It A Margarita ($22) is an essential, with a wonderful blend of tequila and sake, mixed with Suze for a delightful herbal aftertaste. In contrast, the Not Classic ($19) takes a step towards cold brew coffee, with cinnamon wood smoke, coffee liqueur and chocolate bitters infused for a more intense flavour. Other absorbing creations include the zesty Citrus (S$21) and the bold Wasabi Drop (S$19).
Neon Pigeon is located at 1 Keong Saik Road, #01-03, Singapore 089109, p. +65 6222 3623. Open Mon – Sat 6pm – 12am. Closed Sun.
