Sunset Cocktails Presents Singhai Sunsets


Look no further for scenic views as the city’s highest rooftop nightclub, Bar Rouge, presents its Singhai Sunsets. Along with bar grub favourites such as Salted Egg Prawns and Wagyu Beef Sliders with Gruyere Cheese, the evening’s main attractions are the visually-appealing cocktails inspired by the gorgeous sunset hues. At a package price of $50++, start out with the light vodka-based Cloud 9 ($20++) before continuing onto Midas Touch ($20++), a mixture of tequila and tropical flavours of pineapple, grenadine, and cranberry. End the summer night with Urban Twilight ($20++), the most vibrant beverage of the lot concocted of curaçao, Cointreau, and cranberry.

Akira Back Releases Brand New Signatures Menu

Fans of Japanese cuisine will no doubt be thrilled by the new Signature Flavours menu at Akira Back. Representing the chef’s tradition of fusing lively artistry with authentic cultural flavours, food options include unique creations such as the Hirame Carpaccio ($27), A4 “Tochigi” Striploin ($68), as well as the AB Tacos ($25) – filled with tender wagyu galbi and tomato ponzu sauce. The Beehive ($18) will please every sweet tooth with its fresh mango cream and lime sorbet meringue.

Whether you’re looking to toast on the weekends or after work, you can now enjoy a yummy sesh at The Butcher’s Wife any time of the day. 6pm to 8pm on weekdays is now the magical ‘hour’: order a cocktail and Crispy Pigs’ Ears and you’ll receive a complimentary drink on the house. Weekend brunches can now be paired with two-hour free-flow Prosecco for $45++ per pax, and as usual, restaurant-goers can also order two-course ($26++) and three-course ($29++) set lunches on weekdays.

Les Bouchons Rive Gauche Presents First Brunch Menu

Experience a one-of-a-kind French feast with the Bouchons Riviera Brunch, the first brunch menu from Les Bouchons Rive Gauche. Designed by Head Chef Mickael Cornac, the menu features a variety of classic French dishes from Eggs Mimosa ($14) to Croque Monsieur ($18), made with meat-free ingredients such as fresh mesclun and Emmental cheese. However, the Grilled Black Angus Rib Eye Steak ($39.80) served with free-flow housemade fries is carnivore-approved. Be sure to try out their signature cocktail, the Riviera Sunrise ($18), comprising gin, yuzu, orchid syrup, angostura bitters, and lemon bitters.

NINETEEN80 Partners With Junior To Launch Light Bites Menu

NINETEEN80 has partnered with Junior to introduce a blend of retro pop and Tiki cultures to create a truly engaging dining experience. Get your fill after a night of dancing with the Yin & Yang Pork Belly Mantou Sandwich ($18), which features fluffy fried Bao filled with succulent pork belly, sriracha mayo, pineapple gochujang glaze and pickled green papaya for an added crunch. Looking for something simpler to eat? The Ponzu Chicken Bites ($15) will be a great choice, packing an acidic punch with its serving of sweet citrus ponzu glaze.
