The famed Aussie brewery Two Birds Brewing is partnering up with LeVeL33 for a night of revelry this August. Sip on their limited edition collaboration brew, the Golden Ale, using Tasmanian hops. Tap on their very first pint on 2nd August, as you sneak a preview of the unique ale and bask in its flavour. In addition, pair your ales with their one-night only Australian-themed dinner. Expect menu offerings which include Murray River Cod ($39), Mushroom Ravioli ($38), and Crispy Skin Pork ($35) and more! Birds of a Feather Reveals New Menu

Recall warm memories of street hawker delicacies as Head Chef Eugene See unfolds a mouthwatering new menu that weaves authentic Sichuan flavours seamlessly. A perfect remedy for a cold spell, the Sichuan Oxtail Soup ($24) is a clear oxtail broth that offers the clean and light flavours of spring onions, Chinese herbs, and fresh leek. A twist on pork belly skewers, the Charcoal Grilled Pork Bits ($15) is a spicy garlic Duroc pork belly with crispy rice crackers, charred green chilli, and Japanese sweet potato. Turn down the heat a little over Ice2 Baby ($15), a Sichuan combination of ice jelly, black sugar syrup, and crushed berries, with a twist of seasonal berries, sugary caramel, and bits of burnt cucumber.
