Open Door Policy Launches Gluten- and Dairy-Free Menu

Taking cue from the success of its sister eatery Open Farm Community, Tiong Bahru’s green-fingered gourmet spot Open Door Policy has introduced a brand new dining concept that’s 100% gluten- and dairy-free, all while staying true to its DNA of wholesome Western and Contemporary Asian flavours.

Think dishes like Vegan Macaroni with Portobello Bolognese gratin and bechamel and a fork-tender Braised Veal Ossobuco with sunny carrot risotto and watercress – made possible by ODP’s Head Chef Daniele Sperindio’s knowledge of alternative food sources, substitute ingredients, and general culinary mastery.

Open Door Policy is located at 19 Yong Siak Street, Singapore 168650, p. 6221 9307. Open Mon-Fri 12pm – 3pm, 6pm – 11pm, Sat-Sun 11am – 3.30pm, 6pm – 11pm.

Royal Sunday Brunch at Kaiserhaus
kaiserhaus

Dine like royalty on Sundays with Kaiserhaus’ new sumptuous semi-buffet brunch. At the Austrian-Hungarian restaurant, dig into a leisurely three-course menu ($48++, or $88 for free-flow alcohol) with a spread of Central European starters from an elaborate buffet of cold cuts, soups, and salads.

Then choose a main from a selection of Szegediner GoulashGrillhendlCordon Bleu, or the all-time favourite Wiener Schnizel, a tender veal cutlet fried to golden perfection and served with traditional Austrian potato salad. End the meal the classic Austrian way: with a good helping of Apple Strudel, the world-famous chocolate Sachertorte, or the Kaiserhaus Raspberry Truffle Cake.

Sunday Brunch is available from 11am – 2pm. Kaiserhaus is located at Capitol Theatre 17 Stamford Road #02-06, Singapore 178907.
