For a fortnight, satisfy your cravings for chee kueh, lor mee, carrot cake, and more as eight hawkers (including Kim Fa Fishball Noodle and HarriAnn’s) bring their legendary dishes to the brilliant arches of The Fullerton Bay Hotel – formerly a hawker centre itself. The setting may be fancier, but you can expect the exact same unparalleled fare cooked to absolute perfection. Plus, the hotel’s own culinary team will also present their renditions of local cuisine with its signature Kurobuta Kong Bak Pau and Kambing Mutton Soup.

Those of you working in the Tanjong Pagar vicinity can now rejoice, as Grain Traders at 100AM launches a whole new breakfast menu to start your mornings right. Take your pick from a DIY Mix-Your-Breakfast ($12), which allows you to select a variety of grain base, eggs, protein, and two veggies; chia seed chocolate pudding or greek yoghurt Breakfast Cups ($7.50); gluten-free savoury muffins ($6.50); and Spiced Coconut Oatmeal served with seasonal fruits ($8). Now, you can no longer complain about not getting enough fuel to ace that client presentation.

What we love about Plentyfull is its constant menu revisions to keep things fresh. Ding Dong Launches New Menu with Familiar Flavours

Beloved for its innovative and playful take on traditional Southeast Asian fare, Ding Dong’s new Assistant Head Chef Miller Mai brings in 14 exciting creations that take you down memory lane through Vietnam, Thailand, and the rest of Asia. Start off with the spicy Crispy Pork Trotter before sinking your teeth into the Chargrilled Pork Spare Ribs (a twist on satay), and then diving into the wonderfully executed dessert Coconut Snow with pandan jelly noodle and gula melaka, much like our favourite cendol, except that it’s not.
