This Sunday, terra Tokyo Italian’s Seita Nakahara and OLA’s Daniel Chavez will impress with a specially curated eight-course Spanish and Tokyo Italian menu. Highlights include the Maguro Ceviche, Rissone Milanese, and Shirasu Paella Alla Terra. Priced at $188++ per person (brunch only) and $198++ per person (inclusive of free-flow cocktails, wines and beers).

Crystal Jade Debuts New Rice Dumplings For Dragon Boat Festival

Celebrate the Dragon Boat Festival with Crystal Jade’s two new handmade rice dumpling varieties. The ‘Mala’ Rice Dumpling ($8.80) consists of succulent pork shoulder and Spanish pork collar marinated in a fiery ‘mala’ blend of spices, while the Assorted Mushroom with Pork Belly Dumpling ($8.80) sees a good mix of shiitake, king oyster and white button mushrooms. Two returning favourites are the Premium Rice Dumpling with Abalone ($19.80) and Rice Dumpling with Five-Spice Marinated Pork ($7.80).

Customers can place their orders online between 14 May 2018 to 14 June 2018. Check out the e-store for exclusive prices on select flavours, available in bundles of three and five dumplings. Outlet sales commence on 28 May 2018 till 18 June 2018.

 

 

Ah Sam and Brewlander Collaborates On Four Cocktails

The stalwart Ah Sam Cold Drink Stall pays tribute to the local craft beer scene by featuring four Brewlander beers in four cocktails specially crafted by Head Bartender Ong Jun Han. Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum and lime juice mingle with gula melaka and kaffir leaves in the Si Bei Hao Lian ($22) to enhance the unique floral and spicy flavours of Pride’s saison characteristics, while housemade tepache intensifies the tropical flavours of Love (a wild IPA) together with tequila and lime in Rasa Sayang ($22)

Port Colheita & Truffles Event At Ma Cuisine

Wine lovers can rejoice with Ma Cuisine’s showcase of the largest ever vintage Colheita Port line-up in a single event. Journey through a vertical tasting of nine exquisite bottles from legendary winemaker Barão de Vilar, and get the exclusive opportunity to try the ultra-rare WWII 1940 White Colheita Port, never before featured in any tasting in the world. Then, further indulge in a unique tasting experience with over 100g of Manjimup winter truffle per person, paired with three splendid wines.

DFS Whiskey Festival 2018
