Suprette’s Chinese New Year Pre-Reunion Dinner

Suprette brings to you a Chinese New Year Pre-Reunion Dinner on 29 Jan 2014 (Wed), from 6pm onwards. The set menu (at $38+ per person) includes:

Yu-sheng salad

Smoked duck egg roll with chilli and tamarind dip

Crabmeat and corn soup

Grilled pork neck with honey kumquat glaze on angel hair pasta with mint, coriander and sprouts

Coconut panna cotta with mango sauce

We have also come up with a special cocktail – a mandarin orange caipiríssima with sour plum-infused rum – for the festive season. Have it with your dinner set for $48+ or at $10+ per glass!
