4 – 6 MAR 2016 | The Singapore International Jazz Festival (Sing Jazz) is set to return for its third successive year at Marina Bay Sands from March 4-6, promising three nights of music and more for all! A vibrant experience set against a stunning backdrop at the Event Plaza located at Marina Bay Sands Event Plaza, expect to be charmed and swayed by the heady mix of music lined up for three captivating al-fresco evenings of great ‘live’ entertainment.
Kick off your Sing Jazz 2016 experience with the music from neo-soul band, Hiatus Kaiyote while the dazzling Grammy Award winner Joss Stone will take over the stage on the second night with her perfect combination of smooth and sultry. Finally, seize the opportunity and dance along to the legendary Buena Vista Social Club on their last ever tour.
Although a ‘jazz festival’ at its core, Sing Jazz embraces the capricious, ‘restless’ nature of jazz and its influence across other genres of music. As such, the Festival should appeal to music lovers of all kinds and of all generations. One thing is for sure, its wonderful artists and stunning Marina Bay Sands venues are guaranteed to establish SING JAZZ as a landmark addition to Singapore’s cultural calendar.
