Every detail of the restaurant delights, from the immaculately furnished interior featuring lofty ceilings, full-length glass walls and amber lighting, to the attentive service, picture-perfect setting and daily sunset shows. That said, the real highlight here is its contemporary menu, where Thai classics like goong saroong (deep fried prawns wrapped in vermicelli) and gaeng kathi neu poo (blue crab with basil in red curry) are given a creative twist, and balanced out with western mains like the foie gras and Portuguese-style mussels.
