Queers of Bangkok // Photo Exhibition

Join us to celebrate the launch of queermango.com and the opening of a photo exhibition celebrating the beauty and diversity of women who identify as queer in Bangkok while immersing yourself in the amazing beats of
guest DJ Mae Happyair (Go Grrrls) (Electro-Pop / New Wave / Nu-Disco).

Queers of Bangkok takes you on a photographic journey, meeting women who identify as queer, lesbian, bisexual and trans captured in locations that define different parts of their personality around the city.

Queers of Bangkok aims to give visibility to the multi layered world of queer women and celebrate it’s beauty.

###

Behind QueerMango website is a bunch of awesome queer women coming from different backgrounds and cultures and with a passion and commitment to sharing all that is queer.

QueerMango aims to be a bridge that connects women of queer culture including anyone on the spectrum of LBTQI+ who are living or passing through the region. By highlighting issues and news within queer politics and society, it is our ambition to push forward and become more than just another travel or events reporter website.

Coming (out) very soon: queermango.com

The event will take place on 12 June Friday from 5:30pm onwards to 3 July at 23 Bar & Gallery.

Admission is free.

Gary is one of those proverbial jack of all trades… you know the rest. When not writing about lifestyle and culture, he dabbles in photography, graphic design, plays four instruments and is a professional wearer of bowties. His greatest weakness: spending more money on clothes than he probably should. Find him across the social world as @grimlay
