Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant

Crystal Jade

Toss to golden times ahead with Crystal Jade’s lo hei show-stopper. The Prosperity Golden Lobster Yusheng (S$98 for small, S$168 for large) is a colourful garden of wholesome ingredients like fresh lily bulbs, marinated plum tomatoes, juicy pomelo segments, and kaffir lime leaves, along with traditional health foods such as red dates and walnuts. Hai Tien Lo, Pan Pacific Singapore

With six indulgent yu sheng platters to choose from, Hai Tien Lo takes CNY abundance to new heights. The Nutritious Blossoming Treasures Yu Sheng (S$138 for small, S$198 for large) comes dressed to impress, glittering with gold and silver flakes and studded with Hokkaido scallops. It’s as healthy as it is wealthy too, thanks to an eye-catching mix of fruits and veggies spiced up with sweet-and-sour Thai sauce.
