Together with Angra Wine & Spirit Importers, Monti will be presenting its cornerstone cocktail and nothing will satisfy your palate quite like a classic Negroni. With equal parts iconic, Italian, and heavenly, it lends you a certain continental sophistication. For a month, taste the quintessential, spirit forward cocktail – the perfect drink for an after-work aperitif.

02 | COLAPRANZO BOTTOMLESS BRUNCH

Monti is an oasis for the weekend soul food searchers – With an “All-you-can-eat” Italian-flavored a la carte feast and resident DJ helming the decks with Nu-disco and lo-fi beats, chase it all down with infinite bubbly against a spectacular front-row view of the city’s urban skyline.

03 | 5-COURSE WINE PAIRING DINNER

For 1 night only, Monti will be presenting a series of jointly crafted dishes that offers an elevated take on Italian’s favorites – using premium and seasonal ingredients curated to pair with 5 iconic Italian wines. From the hills of Tuscany, these wines are all distinct from one another, yet collectively they present a vivid picture of Italy and all it has to offer. To top off the experience, one of the best-in-class sommeliers, Giovanni Oliva will walk you through the history and beauty of each distinctive and exalted wines.
