Takashimaya, Japan’s iconic department store, under the Takashimaya Group, has announced Love The Earth campaign as part of its commitment to deliver a sustainable and environmentally conscience retail environment for its shoppers. A month before the global Earth Day annual event, Takashimaya will spearhead a series of in-store recycling, upcycling initiatives, promotions on eco-friendly products and healthy lifestyle activities in partnership with Singapore and international partners.

Love The Earth campaign that will be packed with talks, exhibition and fitness programs, will be held storewide from Mon 25 Mar to Tue 30 Apr 2019. Throughout the store, thoughtfully designed booths will touch on everyday items sold at the department store providing a range of eco-friendly, green products by brands that are committed to critical environmental and social causes. 100% of the proceeds generated from the Love The Earth campaigns, sales from pop-up booths and exhibitions during the month-long festival will be donated to WWF.

From Fri 12 Apr to Sun 14 Apr 2019, take your first steps towards a healthier, greener lifestyle by being a part of Takashimaya’s first-ever personal wellness event at part of Love The Earth campaign! Live well by going green with organic, pesticide-free vegetables, and learn more about urban farming practices which will contribute to a sustainable future for generations to come. Attend educational workshops, participate in dance workouts, and bring home organic produce. Place wellness first at Takashimaya’s Live Up, Green Up event.
