Street of Clans is a vibrant creative festival that brings together Bukit Pasoh Road’s colourful history and Singapore’s creative communities. With a kaleidoscopic programme inspired by the age-old clan values of kinship and unity, expect to discover a neighbourhood of interactive design installations, explore clan associations dressed up for the occasion, and dive into a world of design, stories, music, workshops, food, culture, community magic.
Clan Open Doors
Each clan association has been paired with an artist/designer to create an installation which highlights a particular clan story or value; to bring to the forefront the contributions of the clans as well as giving the general public a chance to engage with the clans.

Neighbourhood Discoveries
Expect to be welcome by the tenants at Bukit Pasoh! Casa Poncho will be creating a special cocktail called Clan Mojo and 8EyedSpud has collaborated with Humpback to showcase their interactive artist installations. These installations are free and everyone’s encouraged to roam around and see them all. Other highlights include:
- Live portraits done by illustrators around the neighbourhood at various cafes and restaurants during certain times e.g. The LoKal, Katasumi Koohii. Visitors can ‘redeem’ a free portrait during these times with either a purchase of a drink or a minimum spend of $10. Timing for these sessions are: 8 Mar, 6-7pm; 9-10 Mar, 2-3 and 530-630pm
- There will also be free guided tours by the Gan Clan, Straits Clan, and Tan Kah Kee Foundation
Workshops
- Chef Malcolm Lee of Candlenut will be conducting an intimate tasting session at Straits Clan. Link here.
