August not only marks the coming of Singapore’s 54th birthday, it also celebrates the independence of our fellow neighbouring countries, Malaysia and Indonesia. From 1 to 31 August 2019 embark on a gastronomical journey across the three nations with your favourite Southeast Asian delicacies as Fat Chap presents SIN-MYS-IDN Makan Trail.

Available for lunch and dinner, the full a la carte menu is curated by Medanese-born head chef,
Selamat Susanto, and boasts recognisable local delights that reflects the flavours he grew up with, as well as meals commonly eaten whilst travelling across Southeast Asia.
