Meatsmith Western Barbecue and Meatsmith Little India is excited to welcome two time James Beard Award-winning Chef and owner of Pok Pok Restaurants, Chef Andy Ricker, to Singapore!

In celebration of the launch of his new cookbook, POK POK Noodles, Chef Andy will be cooking limited portions of his Thai-Style Pork Cheeks at Meatsmith Western Barbecue for one night only on Friday, 22nd November and some of his favourite dishes at a ‘POK POK Noodles’ official launch party at Meatsmith Little India on Sunday, 24th November.

Expect some of Andy’s favourite dishes including Neua Daet Diaw (Sun- dried Beef flavored with Coriander Seeds and Black Pepper); Khanom Jiin Sao Naam (Fresh Rice Vermicelli topped with Pineapple, Ginger, Pickled Garlic, Shrimp Floss and Hand-Formed Fish Balls in Turmeric Coconut Cream); Yang Rou Chou’r-Uighur (Lamb Skewers Spiced with Chillies and Cumin, served with Flatbread, Cucumber, Tomato and Onion salad; Mango Ruam Mit (Mango with Icy Palm Sugar Coconut Cream topped with Bread Cubes soaked in Hales Blue Boy) and Andy’s famous Pok Pok Chicken Wings (Ike’s Vietnamese Fish Sauce Wings).
