In partnership with Citi Singapore and Sphere Exhibits, MONTI and Grossi Florentino proudly presents: An Italian Culinary Affair with “Guy Grossi & Felix” – a Four Hands Kitchen globe-trotting collaboration that transcends cultural boundaries.

The 5-day Florentina inspired culinary collaboration between Monti’s own Head Chef Felix Chong and Australia’s leading authority on Italian food, Two Chef Hat, Chef Guy Grossi of Grossi Florentino fame; will be bringing to gastronomes here an unparalleled Italian dining experience at Monti, with a visionary cross-hands menu.

4 Hands Kitchen with “Guy Grossi & Felix” at Monti showcases various signature and time-honored Italian dishes in a 4-course lunch and a 6-course dinner menu. With a curated wine list to perfectly complement the dining experience, it will be a well-rounded gastronomic proposal.
