Evoking nostalgic memories of festive celebrations back home, Group Executive Chef Seumas Smith has crafted a special three-course lunch ($42 per person) and dinner ($62 per person) menu of time-honoured Christmas classics, interpreted with contemporary flair. The gastronomic delights are redolent of the generous spread cooked up on Christmas Day.

Available from 1 to 30 December 2018 (except 23 to 26 December), menu highlights include “Prawn Cocktail” that features a Carabinero prawn crudo with buttermilk ‘cocktail sauce’ and “Turkey”, a hearty plate of roasted turkey breast, chestnuts, brussel sprouts, cranberry jam, turkey jus and celeriac bread sauce with a side of roasted potatoes. In the spirit of ‘tis season, the “Egg Nog” parfait with bourbon-spiked mousse, raisin milk ice cream and nutmeg milk foam completes the meal.
