For one night only on 12th December 2018, Maggie Joan’s is hosting a wine dinner featuring wines from vineyards in Italy, the home of over 900 grape varietals. Wine expert Giacomo Pallesi will talk through the varying nuances in a pairing dinner menu of signatures crafted by Group Executive Chef Seumas Smith.

Pairings include Carabinero Crudo, Buttermilk & Dill with Zardetto Prosecco Brut, Scallop, Miso Beurre Blanc & Potato complemented by Benanti Etna Bianco 2016, and O’Connor Short Rib, Cipollini Onion & Cavelo Nero coupled with Collosorbo Brunello di Montalcino 2013. Cleanse your palate with Amalfi Lemon Gelato & Blood Orange Granita alongside Carlo Pellegrino Marsala Riserva Old John 1998 before ending your meal with Pear, Honey & Mascarpone.

Priced at $105 per person, the 5-course wine pairing dinner menu is available on Wednesday, 12th December 2018, from 7pm.
