Jeremmy & Friends

The first Supper Special of 2019 at Le Binchotan begins on 25 April and fans will be thrilled to learn that it will span almost three whole months with different dishes being presented every few weeks.

This long time frame also makes it perfect for the debut of a special programme within the Supper Special — aptly titled Jeremmy & Friends where a gloriously eclectic line-up of chefs including ArChan Chan of LeVeL33; Sam Chablani; and Damian D’Silva offer playful and elevated takes on their own supper favourites right alongside Jeremmy.

Chef Jeremmy will share a total of three big plates – Prawn Noodle Soup, Hokkien Mee, and Uni Congee. Each will be paired with a small plate – Ebi Crackers with Sambal Belachan, Beef Short Rib Dumplings, and Kicap Manis Chicken Satay.

Chef Jeremmy’s dishes will be available for regular Supper Special 2019 – Friday and Saturdays, 9.30pm – 11.30pm with a choice of one big plate and one small plate, available as a-la-carte options, as well as part of the Jeremmy & Friends events – one weekend on April, May and June.

Of note:
– Reservations for the Jeremmy & Friends events are ticketed at the cost of one set at $35
– The first order from the menu at the Jeremmy & Friends events is required to be a set, but thereafter, any dish from the set can be re-purchased as an add-on
