Exclusively on 26 January, the sumptuous brunch, specially curated by Head Chef Emanuele Faggi, takes on a festive note featuring classic Italian favourites and celebratory dishes denoting greetings for the new year – an ode to festive traditions practiced by both cultures. The brunch is served sharing-style at the table like the way Italian, and also Chinese families, have enjoyed their get-togethers for generations. Welcoming the Year of the Pig are auspicious dishes such as porchetta, chicken broth with tortellini, and roasted seabass.

Zafferano’s Italian Table Saturday Champagne Brunch is served from 12pm to 3pm on Saturday, 26 January 2019.

The brunch is available at:
• $98 per person with free flow of Spumante, beer, house wine, juices and soft drinks.
• $128 per person with free flow of Champagne, Spumante, beer, house wine, juices and soft drinks.
