Nine Years Theatre presents Red Sky

Nine Years Theatre – the production company that focuses on Mandarin productions (don’t worry, there’s English subtitles) – continues the year with its second production Red Sky, a heartwarming and sentimental classic about eight senior citizens converging in a retirement home. As they feast on food and medication, sing and fight, head down on an emotional rollercoaster ride as you reflect on the pain and beauty of life. Directed by Nelson Chia (a consecutive two-year winner of Life! Theatre Awards’ Best Director), this play is an ode to autumn as much as it is a poem on the courage of living.

Red Sky is running from 20 to 23 October 2016 at KC Arts Centre. Tickets are priced from $38, available via SISTIC. For more details, check out the event page here.
