The Imaginarium of Disco David A Multi-Dimensional Dining Experience

Sands for Singapore Charity Festival 2017

Returning for its fifth edition, the Sands for Singapore Charity Festival seeks once again to raise funds for local charities through its fun-filled, family-friendly activities. Over the weekend, join in the revelries as friends and families participate in challenges to score prizes for charities of their choice. Not as physically inclined? Take up the option to relax by the river with an enchanting evening of live music performances and be treated to delectable delights by MBS’ celebrity chef restaurants. all proceeds from the Sundown Picnic – a new addition to this year’s festival – will go to charity as well. Consumption for a cause, how about that?

Ceramic Expressions

It is not often that exhibitions are mounted to celebrate only the decorative arts, and it is even rarer, here, to find one that focuses solely on ceramics. Yet, being so malleable and delicate at the same time, this exquisitely structural medium offers an immense depth for exploration. Mulan Gallery will be holding their very first exhibition in conjunction with the Japanese Creative Centre to show off the delicate complexities of ceramic arts, featuring local artists such as Agnes Lim and Eddie Yee alongside their Japanese counterparts.

Asia International Comedy Festival 2017

Having seen some of the most prominent comics from around the world grace our stages, you can’t deny that the comedy scene in Singapore is quickly blossoming. It’s only befitting that the Asia International Comedy Festival, presented by LA Comedy Live, will debut on our shores this weekend, bringing together a plethora of internationally acclaimed acts such as American funnyman, Bert Kreischer, as well as renowned comedians, Kanan Gill, Mikey Bustos and Shahar Hason. Promising to be barrel of laughs, you’ll want to bring your friends along for this one.

Quint-essential British

Travel back in time to revisit the moment that Britain teetered between the turn of the century and the cusp of war! In its tenth edition, the Take 5 Piano Quintet Series will present a packed programme featuring pieces by two influential British composers: Frank Bridge and Arnold Bax.
