Where to Celebrate Oktoberfest 2014

Oktoberfest 2014 Singapore Brotzeit

Oktoberfest in Germany might be over, but things are just getting started in our fair city. In the name of King Ludwig I and his wife – their matrimony was the source of this 200-year old festival of fun and debauchery – it’s time to break out the lederhosen and the dirndl, and get your beer-chugging game on. Prost!

Starting with a porky platter of an appetizer, the Barbecued Pig’s Ear with Lemongrass and Pomelo Salad follows – a combination that plays on textures and tastes a lot better than it sounds.
