Following the sold-out success of previous editions, MEATliquor is back with its 11th edition of EATs, BEATs and TREATs this Saturday, aptly themed Americana. Keeping true to the tried-and-tested formula of rolling good times, enjoy free flow of booze and chargrilled American-style grub – think Gunpowder Shrimp, Dead Hippie, and Braai Cajun Spiced Chicken – while dancing the noon away to eclectic beats from DJ Oliver Osborne. When the legs tire out, recharge and treat yourself to some newly added Jim Beam cocktails like the Citrus Highball, Jim Ice Tea, and Beam-jito.

The Beast: Star Spangled Shindig

Head down in your best Red, White and Blue as The Beast dishes out all things American for a Star Spangled Shindig. Tuck into a giant BBQ platter with Jim Beam Honey grilled pork belly, 10-hour beef brisket, bourbon glazed BBQ wings, slaw, roasted vegetables, and corn on the cob – classic American comfort food for the soul. Drink craft beers at $14, Fireball Cinnamon whisky shots at $10, and the aptly-named Taste of Freedom Punch at $12. And let’s not forget beer pong and live music up all night long.

MeatSmith: Hotdogs, Booze, Tunes, and Freedom

Our favourite meatatarians down at Telok Ayer are celebrating their 240th day of independence for the red, white, and blue in the best way possible: with hotdogs, freedom fries, booze, and tunes supplied by DJ Krish. With six chefs on hand, look forward to the Koi Soi Dog by Bjorn Shen, the Croque Madame Dog by Andrei Soen, the Pretzel Dog by Dan Segall, and many more. As the old adage goes, there’s no party like a hot dog party.

Camp Kilo Charcoal Club: Beats, BBQ & Booze
