There are more than one ways in which we can put together the Nasi Padang dish, which is why we have another class to show you to put another version of this dish! Learn how to cook each aspect of this different version of the Nasi Padang, including some of its most classic sides. At the end of the class, you will have learnt how to successfully put together another fully complete Nasi Padang dish! Top it all off with a cooling drink that will soothe your palate, which will be very much needed after taking a bite of the spicy sambal!

Menu:

Steamed rice

Assam Pedas Ikan Pari (Stingray Fish cooked in Assam Gravy with vegetables)

Ayam Masak Lemak Cili Padi (Chicken cooked in Super Hot Lemak Gravy)

Ngoseng-Ngoseng (A traditional dry Javanese Vegetable dish)

Sambal Telur and Ikan Bilis (Quails Eggs and anchovies cooked in Sambal Sauce)

Sambal Belacan (condiment made with Fresh Red chilli, Belacan and Kalamansi Lime)

Jemput-Jemput Pisang (Dessert made of Banana and Flour deep fried)

Cold Teh-O with Kalamansi Lime (Tea and Sugar with a dash of Kalamansi Lime. A nice cool drink to end the meal)
